Work

Got back from pulling another 10-hour shift at work. The project manager gave the testers enough to work this weekend. Grrr. He's banking on the fact that I can work from home, especially tomorrow or Saturday. It's not like I made plans for the 4th. On the contrary, I have no direction right now in terms of my social life. Unfortunately, it's becoming hard to get in touch with my friends at this time.

In other news, my mother's aunt just passed away after years of struggle with complications from diabetes. My mother is spending the 4th heading to Orlando to pay her respects for a wake.

Been tense this past few weeks, especially when I feel rushed to play catch-up to my non-work activities. ( What I really need is... )
