There are moments in which a person's growth is done voluntarily. And then there's the trial by fire. With job hunting, I don't have the luxury of being wary of calling people on the phone. It's one of my least favorite activities. I dread it at every opportunity. Had to shrug it off to survive multiple phone screenings.
